Effective July 1, 2005. The Lake County Recorder's office will not
accept deeds and other documents that transfer any interest in real estate
through the mail that do not already reflect the Lake County Auditor's
endorsement stamp and Lake County Engineer's Tax Map authorization. Thank you
for your cooperation in improving departmental efficiency.
